Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups chopped frozen mango, partially thawed
  • 1/4 cup peach nectar
  • 3/4 cup peach frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

Directions

  1. Combine mango and peach nectar in a blender. Pulse to chop mango.

  2. Add frozen yogurt and vanilla yogurt to mango mixture.

  3. Process mixture until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.

Secret Tip

Most tropical fruits freeze well. Buy mangoes and papaya-even bananas- when they are in season and inexpensive. Peel and seed the mangoes and papaya, cut into chunks and arrange on a plate so that the fruit is not touching. Place in the freezer. When frozen, place the pieces in a resealable plastic bag. Wrap an unpeeled banana in plastic wrap to freeze.
