Melon Salad
This cool and pretty salad tastes as sophisticated as it looks, thanks to the honey-sweetened vanilla-orange dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 medium cantaloupe
- 1 cup seedless green grapes
- 1 cup seedless red grapes
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Directions
Cut cantaloupe into chunks using a knife or cut into balls using a melon ball cutter. Cut grapes in half. Place cantaloupe and grapes in a large bowl.
Combine yogurt, honey and orange juice concentrate in a small bowl and mix well.
Pour yogurt mixture over fruit and toss gently to coat. Spoon into a serving dish. Serve immediately or chill, covered, until serving time.
Secret Tip
The contrasting shapes and colors of this salad give it a strong visual appeal that's good for formal meals. For an even more formal look, spoon the dressing on top of the salad, but don't toss. A sprinkling of poppy seeds adds a dash of drama, too.
