Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon refrigerated minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 48 cherry tomatoes

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic in hot oil, stirring continually, until tender, about 3 minutes.

  2. Add parsley, dill, kosher salt and black pepper to garlic mixture and mix well. Add the tomatoes.

  3. Cook mixture, shaking skillet frequently, for 3 minutes. Serve warm.

Secret Tip

Cherry tomato "flowers" make a beautiful garnish. Place the tomatoes stem ends down on a cutting board. Cut each tomato into sixths, cutting to within 1/4 inch of the bottom. Gently spread the "petals" and position the flowers on plates or platters for a professionally garnished look.
