Honey Mustard Potatoes
This potato dish is like a warm potato salad. The honey mustard dressing is a quick way to give the potatoes plenty of flavor without a lot of work.

Ingredients
- 8 potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/2 cup honey mustard salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Combine potatoes with enough water to cover in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook until tender, about 12 minutes; drain.
Combine potatoes, salad dressing, mayonnaise, green onions, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
Spoon into a serving dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately.
Secret Tip
If you make this potato dish well ahead of serving time, you'll likely notice that the potatoes seem dry. This happens because warm potatoes absorb the dressing. Plan on adding more dressing just before serving for the proper texture.
