Potatoes O’Brien Medley
An all-in-one vegetable side dish like this makes any ?entrée a complete meal.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 4 cups frozen cubed O'Brien potatoes with onions and peppers
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon refrigerated minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sauté potatoes in hot oil, stirring continually, for 6 minutes.
Add broccoli, peas, garlic, basil, oregano, onion powder, salt and pepper to potato mixture. Sauté, stirring continually, for 8 minutes.
Secret Tip
As the peas cook, they release enough liquid to keep the mixture from sticking to the skillet. If the liquid cooks away and the mixture seems to be sticking, add 1 tablespoon water.
