Bubble Biscuit Pizza
This pizza rises and rises in the oven to fill up the dish and a number of hungry eaters.

Ingredients
- 2 (10-count) cans biscuits, cut into quarters
- 1 (14-ounce) jar pizza sauce, divided
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup frozen chopped onion
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (4-ounce) can mushroom stems, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine biscuit quarters and 3/4 cup pizza sauce in a large bowl. Spoon into prepared dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook ground beef, onion, bell peppers, mushrooms and garlic salt in a large skillet
over medium-high heat, stirring until ground beef is crumbly and vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes; drain well.
Spoon ground beef mixture over biscuit mixture. Spread with remaining pizza sauce. Bake for 8 minutes. Preheat broiler.
Sprinkle with mozzarella. Broil until browned and bubbly, about 11/2 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
Secret Tip
If you don't mind a pizza that looks crazy, this can be a one-step recipe. Brown the ground beef, onion and bell peppers first, then drain and add, along with all the other ingredients, to the biscuits and pizza sauce. Spoon it all into the baking dish, top with additional mozzarella cheese and bake as directed.
