Secret Tip
Jarlsberg is a type of Swiss cheese with a mild flavor and irregular holes. It is especially delicious when baked, as baking mellows its flavors to a pleasant, buttery sweetness and brings out an appealing, "stringy" quality that makes it fun to eat. It's an excellent alternative to mozzarella in many baked Italian pasta dishes and worth trying.
