- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives

- 1 cup chopped endive
- 1/3 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Arrange tomato slices on crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella and black olives. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake until cheese is melted and crust is heated through, about 8 minutes.
Arrange endive on top of pizza. Bake until endive is slightly wilted, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Romano and pepper. Serve immediately.
Secret Tip
The bittersweet flavor and crunchy texture that makes endive a good salad ingredient also makes it an ideal fresh pizza topping. Just one endive will yield 1 cup.
