Golden Dijon Chicken
Juicy chicken gets a coating of butter, mustard and golden bread crumbs for a quick and delicious entree you’ll make again and again.

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
- 1 teaspoon refrigerated minced garlic
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken-breast halves (about 5 ounces each)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Combine butter, mustard and garlic in a shallow dish and mix well.
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan and parsley in a shallow dish and mix well.
Dip both sides of chicken in butter mixture. Coat rounded side of chicken
with bread crumb mixture. Arrange in a 13- x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake until an instant-read thermometer inserted in center of meat registers 180°F, about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
Secret Tip
To melt butter in the microwave without risking it "exploding," choose a lower setting, 30 percent power or less. Start with 15 seconds, then heat in 5-second intervals, stirring every 5 seconds, until melted.
